Getting Started with Creator24

Your first hour on the platform. What it is, what it does, and why it matters.

Before you begin

Most software asks you to learn it. Creator24 is different. The platform is built around how talent agencies already work the deals, the relationships, the contracts, the pitches so what you're doing in your first session isn't learning new behaviour. You're moving the work you already do into a system that remembers it.

This guide walks you through the ten steps of your onboarding flow. By the end of it, you'll have a live pipeline, your creators uploaded, your brands ready, and your first pitch queued. That's not a demo. That's your agency, operational

The platform at a glance

Creator24 is organized into three layers:

Deal Engine - where active work lives. Your pipeline, your inbox, your pitches. This is the operational core of the platform.

Relationships - your roster. Creators and brands, with everything the platform knows about them attached.

Execution - where deals become deliverables. Contracts, invoices, the commercial infrastructure that turns a handshake into a closed deal.

Everything conn ects. A creator in your roster links to every deal they've been part of. A brand in your list connects to every pitch you've sent them. A contract ties to the deal it belongs to. The platform builds a picture of your agency over time, one that gets more useful the more you use it.

Step 1 — Pipeline

Deal Engine → Pipeline

The Pipeline is the operational heart of Creator24. Every deal your agency is working - from first contact to final payment lives here as a card on a Kanban board, moving through stages as it progresses.

What you're building in the Pipeline isn't just a task list. It's a live record of your agency's deal history. Every stage transition is timestamped. Every action is logged. Over time, the Pipeline becomes the most accurate picture of how your agency actually operates - which deals move fast, which stall, where things fall through the cracks.

Start here. Everything else connects back to it.

Step 2 — Inbox

Deal Engine → Inbox

The Inbox connects your email to your deal records. Every conversation with a creator or brand partner - inbound and outbound flows through here and attaches to the relevant deal.

This matters more than it sounds. Right now, the communication history for most of your deals probably lives across multiple inboxes, threads, and team members. Creator24 pulls it into one place, against the deal it belongs to. When someone asks "where did we leave things with this brand?" - the answer is here, immediately, not at the end of a fifteen-minute email trawl.

Step 3 — Creators

Relationships → Creators

Your creator roster is the foundation of everything else on the platform. Deals are built around creators. Pitches go out on their behalf. Contracts and invoices are tied to them. The more complete your roster is, the more the platform can do.

Each creator profile holds their contact details, communication history, deal history, and performance data across every campaign they've been part of. Over time, a creator's profile becomes a genuine record of the relationship - not just a name in a spreadsheet.

Step 4 — Brands

Relationships → Brands

Your brand list is the other side of the relationship layer. Every brand you've worked with, pitched to, or want to target lives here. Deals, pitches, and communication history attach to brand records the same way they attach to creators.

Creator24 also offers a curated list of brands to seed your pipeline if you're starting fresh. You don't need to have an existing list to send your first pitch - the platform can help you identify relevant targets based on your creator roster.

The brands section also powers AI brand matching - the platform's ability to surface alignment between your creators and potential brand partners based on audience, category, and engagement profile. The more complete your brand and creator data, the more accurate the matching becomes.

Step 5 — Invoices

Execution → Invoices

Every deal that closes generates a payment obligation. The Invoices section tracks them all - what's been raised, what's been sent, what's outstanding, and what's been received - across every deal and every creator.

For agencies managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, this is where financial clarity lives. You don't need to chase a spreadsheet or an inbox to know the payment status of a deal. It's here, updated in real time, tied to the deal it belongs to.

Step 6 — Upload your creators

Creators → Upload Creators

If you have an existing creator roster in a spreadsheet, upload it now. Creator24 accepts XLSX and CSV formats. Your existing data maps directly into the platform - names, contact details, and any additional fields you've been tracking.

If you're starting without a list, that's fine too. You can add creators manually one at a time. Either way, getting your roster into the platform in this first session means every subsequent action - pitches, deals, contracts - has a creator record to attach to from day one.

Step 7 — Add your first creator

Creators → Add Creator

Adding a creator manually takes less than two minutes. Name, contact details, relevant profile information. Once they're in the platform, their record is live - ready to attach to deals, receive pitches, and accumulate history.

The goal of this step isn't to complete your entire roster right now. It's to make the platform real. Add one creator you're actively working with. See their record. That's the beginning of the intelligence layer that compounds over time.

Step 8 — Connect your email

Inbox → Connect

This is the step most people underestimate. Connecting your email to Creator24 is what turns the platform from a database into an operational system.

Once connected, every email you send or receive with a creator or brand partner is automatically logged against the relevant deal record. No manual entry. No chasing threads. The communication history that currently lives in your inbox - and disappears when someone leaves the company - becomes part of the platform's permanent record.

Connect your email before you send anything else. It means the platform is capturing from the moment you start using it.

Step 9 — Add your brand list

Brands → Create Brand

Upload your existing brand contacts, add them manually, or use Creator24's curated brand library to build your initial list. The brand list is what powers your first pitch - you need targets before you can reach out.

If you're using the curated library, filter by category and audience profile to find brands that are genuinely relevant to your creators. The platform's matching logic works best when your brand and creator data are populated together.

Step 10 — Send your first pitch

Pitches → Send Pitch

This is what you came here for. With your creators in the platform, your brands in your list, and your email connected, you have everything you need to send a pitch that's personalised, professional, and traceable.

Creator24's pitch generation uses the context already in the platform - your creator's profile, their audience data, the brand's category - to draft outreach that's specific to that combination. You're not starting from a blank page or a generic template. You're starting from everything the platform already knows.

Send the pitch. Watch it appear in your Inbox. Watch the deal it's attached to move stages in your Pipeline.

That's the system working. From here, it compounds.

What happens next

Your first session gets the infrastructure in place. What happens over the following weeks is where the real value builds.

Every deal you work generates data. Every stage transition gets timestamped. Every contract sent, invoice raised, and payment received is logged automatically. Every pitch you send and every response you get becomes part of the record.

Three months from now, Creator24 will be able to tell you things about your agency that you currently can't answer - how long your deals typically take to close, which creators have the fastest contract turnaround, which brands pay on time and which don't, where in the pipeline you lose the most deals and why.

You don't have to do anything extra to get there. You just have to use the platform for what you're already doing.
