These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Pactify Pty Ltd (“Creator24”, “we”, “us”) and apply to your use of the Creator24 app and website (the “Service”). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms for it.
Keep your login details safe and make sure the information in your profile is accurate. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Creator24 Free includes the deal feed, explore, brand alerts, media kit, AI Manager and 3 pitches a month.
Creator24 Pro costs $14 USD a month (or the local equivalent shown at purchase) and includes unlimited pitches. Pro is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are handled under the App Store’s or Google Play’s policies.
If we change Pro pricing, we will tell you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next billing period.
If you don’t start a brand conversation in your first month of Pro, your next month of Pro is free. A “brand conversation” means a reply from a brand to a pitch you sent through Creator24. To claim, contact us within 30 days of the end of your first Pro month. The guarantee applies once per person. If you qualify, we’ll send you a code for one free month of Pro.
Creator24 uses AI to help you write pitches, follow-ups, rates and other content. You review and approve every pitch before it’s sent, and you are responsible for the content you send. AI can make mistakes, so check anything important. Suggestions about rates or contracts are general information, not legal, financial or tax advice.
Creator24 helps you find and pitch brand deals, but we are not a party to any agreement between you and a brand. We don’t guarantee that you will receive replies, deals or payment, and we are not responsible for a brand’s actions. Do your own checks before agreeing to any deal.
Creator24 never takes a commission on the deals you land. Every dollar a brand pays you is yours.
No affiliation with brands. Creator24 is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with any brand shown in the Service or on our website, unless we clearly say otherwise. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify brands or deals, or for illustration. A brand appearing in Creator24 does not mean it has approved Creator24, will reply to you, or will hire you.
You own the content you add to Creator24, such as your profile, media kit and pitches. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use and display that content only as needed to run and improve the Service, for example to show your media kit to brands you pitch. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has already been shared with a brand at your request.
When using Creator24, you agree not to:
Some features require you to connect third-party services, such as Gmail, Outlook, Instagram or TikTok. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t make any promises that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet your needs. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, Creator24 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or deals. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $42 USD.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Queensland, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in advance. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
